2. Digital Products and Delivery
All products sold on DegsCLOUD are digital goods. Upon successful payment via our payment gateway (Aulaa), your digital product credentials or license keys will be automatically assigned to you and accessible via your account dashboard or emailed to the address provided during checkout.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital product credentials or license keys have been successfully delivered. Exceptions are only made if the product delivered is fundamentally defective and our support team cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate information during checkout (especially your email address). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any accounts or licenses purchased. DegsCLOUD is not responsible for accounts lost due to user negligence, password sharing, or violation of third-party platform rules.
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not attempt to hack, abuse, or exploit our checkout systems, webhooks, or API endpoints.
6. Limitation of Liability
DegsCLOUD acts as a reseller of certain digital goods. We are not affiliated with the original software developers or platforms (unless explicitly stated). We are not liable for any account suspensions, software updates, or platform changes made by the original creators that may affect your purchased product.
